~Blue Shield Customer: Today Customer Service DOES NOT WORK at all and is not reachable.I have more than ** assigned cases for the same issue and no one case (and issue) has been resolved. They stopped send monthly policy payment statements. Promised to fixed the problem and problem still intact for * month.I have non interruptible insurance from **** with them* but now I fee am in"air". No body can help. Terrible service.
