~Thardin454: Placed an order * months ago. Called twice to follow up. Received a card in the mail * months after placing the order that the item would be shipped on *-**-**. Called today on *-** and was told the item was never available. I ordered. This item in August for my wife's birthday which is the end of Oct. gave her a picture of the item for a Xmas present since it never came for her birthday. Now called today to check on it and was told it was never made. This company is the worst company I have ever done business with. I will never order again from the Bradford exchange and will spread the word to everyone I know what a bad company you have.
