~dlpowell2012: This company could not find their *** with there both hands, I put in my order for Mother's day April **th, then to find out its on back-order. To make matters worse I did not receive a notice about my the back-order problem, and I did receive an email notice telling me "MY PACKAGE WAS SHIPPED!!!", after two emails to CS and one phone call I was told what happened. I received an email stating Bradford exchange did make a mistake online by not indicating the item was in back order. CS told me to pick reorder a similar item so I would have a gift on Mother's day, Guess what I am still waiting for the second item!!! I just got off the phone with CS and after about *mins of checking CS found my order and hopefully it will arrive this Friday ****, LATE. I did ask for for a discount and I am suppose to receive a $** off coupon in the mail, "Checks in the Mail", I will write back after Friday to up date this post about my package. Keep your fingers cross. Don
