~Dee Michaels: Response was prompt and courteous, but not helpful. I called about an item possibly left in one of their rental cars. The customer rep could not help me. All she told me was to write the local office where the car was returned and gave me the street address. I asked for a phone number and she said that was "not possible." I forgot to ask for an email address, but I'm sure that also would have been unavailable.
