GetHuman-79984: STR***** Heiped By:Lai she is a BAD cashier I never seen, that happen before the last Christmas, CVS has a lot of customers waiting for the line, I was standing behind a women for waiting and no cashier said any direction for us where should we stand for wait for the line, I saw a women waiting and I was stand behind her, after * to * mins, I got Lai yelling me jumping into the line but I wasn't, I was following behind the same women, why she didn't explain to the customer where the line end instead yelling me jumping into the line.*today I visited your store again, Lai was same as usual no friendly, no smile, never say hi at the beginning, never say thank you at the end. What is customer service? I'll not go to that CVS again because I don't to get that horrible customer service again.
