GetHuman-347119: I had a hard time hearing. The volume was turned up, but It wasn't easy to hear her. Also, there was a slight crackle in the line. I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying five to six times. To her credit, she never acted annoyed. The wait time for someone to answer the line was only * seconds!
