~danielle: Called to find out why I'm not receiving money after sending back two of the mail back forms. Called Via cell phone waited about ** minutes an Asian lady answered asked for my social then put me back on hold after listening to the terrible hold music for another * minutes she came back on and asked for my social again i said "i just gave you it" then she laughed and put me on hold. Then i grabbed the house phone and called again she answered on the first ring and asked for my social yet again after that she put me on hold for what has been ** minutes. Ive had to hang up and call back * times she said she was to busy and placed me back on hold. After asking for her name she hung up on me. I'm beyond pissed!**I don't understand why the government has employed a worker who cant do her job and who can barely speak English. This lady did not help me at all and wasted a full hour of my day.
