GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Canada Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Joanna: The rep spoke English, that's about it. The problem (frequent "card'n'dash" where I get carded instead of having my packages delivered, then have to go and pick them up myself) was NOT resolved and. from what I can tell, will not be resolved. The lack of concern the rep (Don) demonstrated was appalling* no apology, no arrangement for re-delivery, nothing. I was given a reference number - a useless number that solves nothing as I am now still expected to go and pick up the package myself! I am beyond pissed off at their charging me for service they don't deliver, and will be writing and calling whomever I can to get a modicum of result to this recurrent issue.

~Joanna: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Joanna: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Canada Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Joanna: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Canada Post customers?
~Joanna: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Canada Post to know who you are.
