~frustrated senior: Strictly for collections. Of no help in obtaining the tax forms needed. I was referred to the main customer service number and was told the office would be open each week day until ** PM.**I've been trying to get through on ***-***-**** for over an hour (busy signal).**I also went to the Revenue Canada office in Victoria but found that it was closed last October.**No small ordeal for a senior.
