~disgruntled canuck: Transferred numerous times to various departments, then got cut off after being given the runaround for ** minutes. Most of their workers are non-English & very hard to understand. Called them back & went through the same bullsh*t to end up being transferred to a totally different company! This was over putting in a claim for them extending the manufacturer's warranty. They farm these requests out, apparently.
