~report_y: I would like to thank this site for being able to help me out by having them contact me back. I have been trying to find a reachable contact number and have been unable to ever since I apply for the card. I was a little disappointed that the rep didn't stay to help get the problem solve but I was grateful that she actually help found what the problem was to why I was unable to register or log on to my account. I am hoping that for any future contact that I would be able to reach them again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Care Credit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Care Credit problem?
~report_y: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~report_y: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~report_y: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care Credit customers?
~report_y: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care Credit to know who you are.
