~icaro_satsuma: OH MY GOODNESS!!!! i hate calling these people!! i swear i must've hit * *** times before that stupid automated woman shut up and the phone actually rang and a very nice, very helpful lady named mary answered. mary was great once i finally got to her. when i asked her, she cheerfully offered a different phone number to call...***-***-****. but i see that number is already listed here as an option, so i don't know what all that means.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Care Credit. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Care Credit problem?
~icaro_satsuma: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~icaro_satsuma: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~icaro_satsuma: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Care Credit customers?
~icaro_satsuma: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Care Credit to know who you are.
