GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Care Credit customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lreed: first i want to say these people are not from this country and they cant speak were well and are not nice. i tried to set up payment with them and they did not want to set up payments at **.** a mo. this is all i can pay at this time and the little man did not want to do this. I asked him if he was refusing my payment and he just keep saying this acct is **.** overdue and you need to make that payment, i repeated myself serveral times saying are you refusing my payment plan this is all i can do right now. After that battle he did set up the plan. By this time i was so mad trying to understand him and his speach was bad..they need to hire americans that speak english.

GetHuman: And what about Care Credit's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lreed: For that I would say one out of five.
