~migraine: Caremark was contracted with my employer to provide prescription mail service. I have had NOTHING BUT HEADACHES with them for the past ** months. Mix ups with generic vs. name brand, lost shipments, duplicates. And their voice automated phone line is ridiculous - understands NOTHING you tell it. This company shouldn*€*t even begin to describe any department as Customer Service because it doesn*€*t exist. AVOID them like the plague!

~migraine: For that I would say five out of five.
