GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Certegy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~MadHatter: The gentleman was very rude basically saying that I should just "deal with it" and that it will take *-* days, maybe up to **. I reported this on March * and heard nothing! Certegy presented my check to my bank twice, got paid once, then got upset that the bank refused the *nd one. So they decided to electronically debit my account again! Now they have gotten paid twice, then a collection agency called me to get paid a *rd time. I have return check fees out the wahzoo because they keep insisting I pay when I alreday did and I HAVE PROOF! bank is also involved and disgusted. I've already reported to the Better Business Bureau and have an appointment with my lawyer. Too bad I can't pay my other bills because of all this nonsense going on.
