~Disgusted Vet: I moved to another state and can not register my car because Chase denies having the title. A representative said she would file a report for the research department to find out where my title is. I should hear from them in ** days???? I gave them the title number. I found out the call went to the Philippines. After trying numerous other numbers I either ended up back in PI or the number was not a working number. Is anybody at Chase, other than bank employees, an American?
