~nic: THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!!! I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR * DAYS TO GET MY PROBLEM RESOLVED. MY BOOKS HAVE BEEN SENT BACK TO THIS COMPANY FOR OVER TWO WEEKS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN CREDICTED BACK TO MY CARD. I DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO THE OLD HELP BUT SOMEBODY NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER....SO SAD

~nic: For that I would say one out of five.
