~Reanna: I did have to listen to a very long spill before I was connected to a live rep. - who did have a heavy Indian accent (I assume out-sourced support) I was given instruction to fax my bankruptcy case* and the proof of creditors included in bankruptch that I needed removed from their record to ***.***.****. I followed to ensure they rec'vd the fax and the Indian guy who answered had a low speaking voice, annoyed me, and asked alot of verification questions that were redundent and unecessary as I had already provided my name, SSN, and address.

~Reanna: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
