~NSSTRINGER1: I ordered a package on ***** and didnt get it in time for christmas like the site guaranteed. they refunded my money with no issue and said i would still receive it. Its now almost a month later and still no package. I called ups and they said it was delivered to a random address that nomorerack put on the shipping label thats not mine. called nomore rack, "uhm mamm you should just order another one. we cant help you." thanks idiots. why would i order another package for you to send somewhere else? NEVER USING THIS TERRIBLE SITE AGAIN.

~NSSTRINGER1: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NSSTRINGER1: For that I would say five out of five.
