~Dr.Android: I placed an order and a week later I get an email with a tracking number stating it arrived at my location. The bad part was it was in another state like "NJ". Not sure who's fault that was USPS or Nomorerack. Long story short I have a new trk* and it's on rout now. So lets see if they are sticking to what there slogan is that they "value there customers and are important". Other than that the online service CS-Rep was helpful and the Number worked well for the CS-Rep I give there service a * overall Especially when spending Hundreds of dollars on there web site. "SCARY!!!"

~Dr.Android: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dr.Android: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Choxi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dr.Android: For that I would say five out of five.

~Dr.Android: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Choxi to know who you are.
