GetHuman-432374: I called the bold number suggested but I kept going to an air conditioning company.Anyway I can say what I want here.Your customer service and overall service is an absolute disgrace. I applied for a unsecured business loan on the ** th April **** and since then no result, no sight result nothing!! this is despite literally hours on hold from an overseas line.I have also travelled at my time and expense to your Castle hill branch explained everything to no avail. As of today they do not even have the courtesy to answer the phone. Now you call ME if you want my business.
