GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Clear customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~z06legend: First off I am not a customer of this service. And after dealing with just trying to contact the customer service I never will. mThe reason for my issue is that I repeatedly receive mail ads from Clear and sadly she is DEAD! I tried to call them and it took me ** mintues to find a live person. When they picked up all he said is no one that for billing or tech support can help with anything and that their systems are down for the next several hours. I mean he would not even take a message anything. Now I am going tomorrow to find one of their sales staff out at the mall and let them know about their customer service.
