~pissed off: women told me payment plan would continue to new place with no deposit...I asked * times if she was sure..told me absolutely...get to new place-deposit...they tell me sorry you were misinformed-they record calls but cannot get through to manager--they **** but they are a monopoly and they know what they are doing---
