~furious widow: COMCAST ACTUALLY FREFUSED TO CHANGE THE PACKAGE FOR WHICH IM PAYING BECAUSE MY NAME IS NOT THE AUTHORIZED NAME ON THE ACCOUNT. MY HUSBAND PASSED AWAY TRAGICALLY AND SUDDENLY, BUT COMCAST WONT HELP ME BECAUSE ITS HIS NAME ON THE ACCOUNT AND NOT MINE. DEAN ****** AMONG OTHERS IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PERSON WHO WASTED MY TIME AND OFFENDED ME BEYOND BELIEF
