~Adam Ashforth: Comcast is a nightmare. I have spent far too many valuable hours talking to Indian idiots, only to have my call dropped after they admit they can do nothing and transfer my call to nowhere. This company should be put out of business.

~Adam Ashforth: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Adam Ashforth: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Adam Ashforth: For that I would say four out of five.
