GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~lilred: Customer Service Reps really *****! I called on a Sat night because phone & internet was out all day. Rep said Tech will be out *pm next day (Sun). I called Sun cause Tech did not show.Rep said appt is scheduled for that Wed but he rescheduled for Mon & transfer me to try & escalate for Sun. This Rep said my acct is delinquent is why there's no service nor rep & I need to call billing. I requested a supervisor twice. Began speaking with Jonathan and was disconnected or he hung up. Called billing the next day. Billing disagreed with last Rep, applied credit for Tech not showing & say call when Tech resolves problem. Called again when Tech did not show **-**. Rep say Tech tied up with outage in area & will not be there. Outage is cause of my problem & if not corrected by *pm, call back. ** mins later my husband called to say Tech was there and rectified the problem. Tech said there was no outage.How do you explain the lies & misleading the customer?

~lilred: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lilred: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~lilred: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
