~Tired of no options in my area: For the *nd time now I've been charged for my own modem. It's too bad their network is by far the fastest in my area because I'm sick of these companies that have constant errors but always in their favor. At least the rep I spoke to was courteous and forthright. Now I have to wait * weeks for them to investigate why they're listing my old modem's MAC address as belonging to them.
