GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~fedup: I am a new customer and thought I could use DVR manager. I went on chat and was sent to numerous representatives trying to solve problem. After * and *** hours online was told my plan would not support DVR manager. After wasting whole Saturday afternoon I complained that they didn't relay info to me at beginning! Was contacted by representative and promised free upgrade to compensate...just another run around as more time wasted and nothing resulting. Am sending all text, email to main office and then quitting service as soon as have replacement arranged. Life is too short to deal with this kind of treatment...will try someone else.

~fedup: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fedup: For that I would say one out of five.

~fedup: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
