GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~stevix: I am a person who tries to avoid problems, and have learned with Comcast it takes multiple phone calls, emails, and even tech visits sometime to get things right.*Even so this didn't work out this morning. Right after my phone call with Solomon the Comcast Rep, everything internet , phone, cable everything stopped working. *I would like to explain but it doesn't seem like enough room here to type it all out so I will try to email someone. I've exhausted my time on the phone and am weary of phone calls and just wish we could manage our accounts online which we can't, with out calling someone.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~stevix: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~stevix: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~stevix: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~stevix: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
