Each time, I got different people who answered, but all of whom have issues that should keep them out of the business of customer service. Those issues include inability to communicate in a clear manner, becoming agrumentative when being asked basic questions, and even one guy who sounded like he was high on something. Comcast should drop this "service" and hire competent phone people.
