~Susan Zorn: I was connected almost immediately. The best part is that I didn't have to deal with Automated Amanda for too very long. It was almost like going back in time (my time) when a real person would answered the phone. PS Barbara was very friendly and very helpful. She answered all of my questions. The problem was solved in seconds.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Comcast. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Comcast problem?
~Susan Zorn: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Susan Zorn: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Susan Zorn: For that I would say one out of five.
