~Satishrp: I was offered a bundled service triple play and was told that it will be easy and can keep my phone number. It's been over two three weeks and my phone is still not working. I have called many times and every time took an hour before I got someone to respond. They had me record porting of my phone line to Comcast several times and still not ported. I want everyone to know never ever switch to Comcast no Metternich what they offer on the phone. Their customer service is a joke and I can't believe what I have to go through to get my phone working. Horrible company to do business. I would not recommend anyone to Comcast. There are better service available. If there is negative number for rating I would definitely give them.

~Satishrp: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Satishrp: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Satishrp: For that I would say three out of five.

~Satishrp: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
