GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~aalecci: In November, **** I signed up with a * year contract & was told at the end of my * years I would receive a $*** Visa Rewards card. All I was told by the representative that I had to stay with them for * years and once that * year mark was up i would have a $*** Visa Rewards Card. There have been multiple times I have wanted to cancel my services due to outrageous charges, slow reception with cable and internet when its suppose to be "high speed", but in July, ****, when I spoke to someone I was told to stick around until November, **** when my * year contract is up. I call today, October *, ****, to check on when to expect this $*** Visa Rewards Card in the mail and apparently the lady who signed me up with my * year contract in November, **** never made it into a contract. I'm beyond upset. I had to call numerous numbers since nobody would connect me to someone higher than them. I'm a first time home owner with my first bills in my name and you guys have failed to do your job. If I wo

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~aalecci: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~aalecci: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Comcast customers?
~aalecci: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
