GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~bettye2222: Initially when we ordered service we were given an appointment. No one showed up. Called and was told that I was wrong, I had the wrong date. Waited for the next appointment and the same thing happened. When I called this time I was told I could just pick up an internet modum and at least get internet and phone and wait for cable. Went to the store and was told that I could not do that. I would need to take modum and the cable box to do a self install. What made it bad was when I asked for a supervisor who informed me that I must have misunderstood what I was told. Nothing like being call a liar or an idiot. Have had service three weeks and cable is out. Tech was to be here today, didn't show. Called and was told that I must have not understood what customer service told me. These are the worst people to deal with and have the worst service I have ever experienced with cable. Wish we could get anything else in Bellingham WA. I'd like to get ride of this company!
