~pissed that xfinity hires non-: Philippines! Yes. her accent was so heavy, I kept asking her to repeat,speak more slowly. not so loudly. She wouldn't. Finally she would say "like I just said..." (I understood that.) I asked her where she was. Philippines. Are you a US citizen in the Philippines? No at citizen of the Philippines. Then she hung up on me!
