GetHuman-304836: The Customer service reps in the Philippines have no idea of how to help. I have a problem since Nov **** with all * services Comcast provides. I've been on the phone any where from ** min to * *** hours. After several tech at my home for * *** months they said my signal was week at my house. A new line was installed from the street to my home and my signal is still weak. I change from Verizon to Comcast for the New X * platform and it is the worst nightmare. I will give one more chance before I tell them to remove their equipment .*Guess what I am watching the end of the Beatles special now and. My cable box starting to reboot. I now missed the end with Paul Mc Carthy. *THANKS COMCAST
