~Cant stand it no more: The phone number worked differently than listed* sent me to attempts at automated repair* finally pressed zero's until got a human. Had to repeat info multiple times to this guy. Finally, he said he would reset my modem and I needed to unplug it first. Since I was calling on magic jack I told him I would lose the call and he said he would call me back but didn't. So, I called back to get a supervisor.

~Cant stand it no more: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
