~Mr. Dennis Dickson: We have been with this company for many years, but tomorrow I plan to change to another company. I just finished a call to simply change my homepage from MSN to Xfinity. It was easy for them to help me * *** years ago after having a virus removed at the computer store. I just went through another virus deletion and wanted the same help. First of all, I couldn't understand the person because of such poor English and diction. I then asked for a technical person to help with a very minor problem. He told me that it was a manufacturing problem with the company who made the computer. I finally told him that I was going to cancel my business after all these years and his response was, "if that's what you want to do, then just do it." His name is Alex and his employee * is *****. he just lost my business for Comcast, but I doubt that they care if they hired someone like him in the first place. I know a lot of people who will also cancel because of what I tell them about how I was treated as a
