GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Comcast customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~unhappy: comcast customer service is horrible. They are the only service in my area, and they obviously know that because they refuse to compensate the inconvenience they caused my family.They sent a tech to my home whom did not know how to install my internet and telephone service he was at my home * hours and did nothing but come in and out and sit in his truck must of the time, not communicating with me at all . I had to go to truck to ask what was going on. I finally after * hours asked him to leave. When I complained to them, there answer to me was some tech are more tech savy than others. IF I HAD A CHOICE IT WOULD NOT BE COCAST

~unhappy: For that I would say five out of five.
