GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Computershare customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-316073: Their new security system is ridiculous. I spent the entire afternoon speaking to someone in the Phillipines trying to access my account. After two hours I was able to log on, but still cannot access my account. I have to wait for yet another security code to be sent to me by snail mail. They make it very difficult to reach a human being in the United States. The person in the Phillipines reluctantly transferred me to a customer service agent in Texas, but would not give me the number. I finally got the phone number from the customer service rep in Texas, told her my story and she didn't seem the least bit interested. I will be moving my stock portfolio to another company.

GetHuman-316073: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-316073: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Computershare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-316073: For that I would say two out of five.
