~fed up: This is the worst registry service out there of the * I regularly use. On a request to replace lost certificates, it took them ** days to even mail the affidavit to START the replacement process. *Each time you call, the phone is answered promptly by a virtual rep. Unlike other sites, it is impossible to get away from her until she has drilled down through all the minutiae of multiple menus.*Finally, their fees are exhorbitant and they routinely ignore disposition instructions until you call back at least * times AFTER the transaction occurs.

~fed up: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about Computershare's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~fed up: For that I would say four out of five.
