~Chelle: The lady on the phone was rude and not helpful. Her name was Ms* Mrs. Hallie. Another was India. They don't let u speak to supervisor, can't own up to there mistakes. They charged me when my plan was supposed to be canceled. No one know what's up or what happened. I'm just so upset. They a waist of time and money. No respect, and no help. They coverage is garbage. To whom deal with them good luck.
