GetHuman-184522: Questioned the policy of charging *.** for instant online credit payments and no charge for waiting five(*) days. The customer service representative could only read the bank's policy - no intellectual discussion behind the policy. Typical "no customer service" - representatives are wound up with what to say and whatever they do - do not sound intelligent! Another form of "theft" by banks!
