GetHuman-200978: After waiting ** minutes, service rep gave a rote answer & then hung up on me. I called again, waiting another ** minutes, & another rep replied (as did the earlier one) that the cookware is designed to be used on low to medium heat. I knew that* however, in three instances I let the pans run dry and burned--to the point of a black crust--the food. They cleaned up just fine, but I need to know if they are still safe to use, that is, well the chemicals present in non-stick cookware now be released every time I use the pans. My cookware set has a serial number of V*****OM
