~Ashley: When we set up service the rep told us that nobody could beat their deals not even direct tv. They offered us the premium channels for *yr but after the *rd month we found out that it wasn't true. When calling we were transferred ** times just to reach a rude supervisor. The supervisor said they could extend our package for * more month and nothing beyond that. We decided to take it so we could decide if we wanted to stay with dish. Next month our bill was sky high and upon calling we got the run around again just to be told that its nothing they can do. Since then my relatives and I will be taking our services to direct tv and were talking about ** homes. Rude ppl bad customer service and LIES will get this company no where but shut down.

~Ashley: For that I would say two out of five.
