GetHuman-200564: I had to call customer service multiple times. I needed to return a pair of shoes that I was sized for and they didn't fit when they came in. Because the shoe was a discontinued item, they no longer had the size I needed and the lady pretty much told me tough luck. Luckily a represenative at my local store searched other stores that had my right size. Don't order anything online from Davids so you don't have to deal with their online customer service representatives.
