~customer: The problem was identified quick. The laptops motherboard needed to be replaced. A technician was supposed to come on-site the next day and take care of it since it was under support. The next day I called to check when I could expect the service technician to show up. They told me that they were backlog but will come the following day. The next day came and I had to call again to ask for a status. I was told that they couldn't do it that day either. After escalating with Dell finally somebody came late afternoon but did not have the parts. He needed to go back to get the parts. When he finally returned he got a call and left for a higher priority call. It has been * business days since my laptop stopped working and I am still waiting for a service technician to actually fix it and not just show up.

~customer: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~customer: For that I would say five out of five.
