GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Denver Post customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DID NOT SEE ONE: This is to a manager, not a assistant manager or just someone who reads these complaints. I have complained many times because of no paper delivered, paper not on porch as requested, paper in flower pots and flowers damaged, paper on drive way five feet from street, paper wet because of sprinklers because paper was not on porch, yes the plastic bags help but not ***%, and paper delivered as late as **:** am. I am tired of poor service and many people who do not even care. I know I'm wasting my time doing this because if you cared I would not have all these problems. I hope you all have a great day because you know how to spoil my day early in the morning. I also won't have to wait for my flowers to die when winter comes because my carrier is taking care of that. HAVE A GREAT DAY.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Denver Post. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Denver Post problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DID NOT SEE ONE: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Denver Post's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DID NOT SEE ONE: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Denver Post customers?
