GetHuman-123177: Most of the time the automated service tells me it's going to transfer me to the call center but it hangs up! Then, after calling * or * more times, i finally get through but I am then placed on hold for ** to ** minutes. IT'S HORRIBLE. You would think a government assistance program and it's employees would know the basics about customer service including THE WILLINGNESS TO ASSIST THE CUSTOMER AND TREATED THE CUSTOMER WITH RESPECT but obviously they don't. My family and I have been hungry for the past two weeks and all they give is a bunch of excuses. Every time i speak to someone different, they tell me something different from what the previous person told me! They always stop providing us with food assitance just about every two to three months without an accurate reason. Then when I need to call the service line for support, THE PROCESS IS ****!
