~vicki: I recently had a problem with a item being left of of my shopping bag at the check out @ the south charleston wv store Store * *** when I called back a week later to let the store know I spoke to the store manger who name is Ann. She corrected the mistake quickly and my missing item was shipped to me in * days. Ann was so attentive to me and my missing item. Thank you Dicks sporting Goods & Ann the store manger of the charleston store for you wonderful customer service ! Vicki A. From ky
